  • Easy Exchanges: Easy and hassle-free exchanges in case of
    • Any defective product is delivered.
    • Wrong Item is delivered

  • No worries! You have a generous 7-day window from the delivery date to request an exchange.
  • No Questions Asked Manufacturing Defect Policy: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange/return after verification of the issue.
  • Nominal Exchange/Return Fee: A fee of ₹300 will be charged for normal exchanges to cover the cost of reverse pickup and new exchange order delivery. This fee is applicable one time per order.
  • Returns: Returns are refunded in Cash/UPI Transfer within 30 days.

Changed your mind? No problem. Contact us through our email at [email protected], and also notify us on our Official Whatsapp number at 9805835703 (10-5pm Monday to Friday). No Instagram direct messages (DM) will be considered. 

  • Cancel prepaid orders within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Rest assured, if we need to cancel an order, we’ll inform you promptly.
  • For international (outside India) orders, if you want to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  • If in case an International Customer wants to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer.
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at [email protected] with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will get back to you with a resolution

Refunds

YES, we do provide store credit as a refund, which you can use anytime to buy other products in the near future; we don’t offer cash refunds or bank transfers. 

  No return or exchange under the following conditions-

  1. No return or exchange on custom-made orders, stitched-on-order products, sarees done with fall finishing or any product designed on your request. 
  2. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your screen for which subtle variations must be acknowledged. As our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. 
  3. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  4. No returns will be accepted – If the product is not on original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted

A Note to Remember

Hand-painted Fabrics, Suits, Sarees, and Dupatta may have little variations in Colour or Embroidery due to hand dyeing the hand-painting process of making each product unique, and hence, the shade tone may vary by 5-8%. Such minor irregularity is the proof of handmade; hence, in such cases, the return will be subject to approval by our team.

Exchange concern should be raised within two days after receiving the order by email on [email protected]

  • Size exchange requests are honoured only once per order.
  • After receiving confirmation for your exchange/return request, our delivery partner will pick up the product.
  • Domestic Exchanges will be processed after receiving the returned items.
